The Seafront Development is situated on the seafront of Roche Caiman on the island of Mahe, Seychelles. The project utilises the opportunity presented by a formerly incomplete project as well as reclaiming additional land; extending it’s seafront-age.

• 120 Key 5 star business hotel to be operated by the Meliá Hotels International

• Staff accommodation building consisting of 60 sleep-in and self-catering units for on-site staff, including dining and recreation spaces
• 8 000m2 Business / Medical building in design development
• On-site specialty restaurant over-looking piazza and waterfront
• X2 Guard Houses, one at the entrance to the site and one at the entrance to the Apartment and Hotel Area.
• Various back of house facilities including a two story parking structure and Service building along with Solar Carports around the site.

The Seafront Development project is situated in close proximity to the well known Eden Island residential development, further enhancing the area as the desired area to reside on Mahé.
