Grant offers Clients a specialist Construction Commercial Consulting service, applying his expertise to the management and guidance of all the commercial outcomes of a project. Currently focusing on projects in Ireland while continuing to assist clients both locally and abroad with commercial support on their various projects.
He remains actively engaged with the overall management of the business providing oversight and support to the regional directors.
It is important to Synergy that every client feels that their project is prioritized. Grant is confident in his leadership structure will enable Synergy to deliver personalised, proactive, and a high-quality service across all their projects.
Donovan de Wit
BSC (QS Hons) MAQS. Building and Surveying
Donovan directly manages all projects in the Seychelles and Hospitality sector with his experienced Seychelles QS team.
Although based down under (Perth, Australia) in 2026, Donovan will remain 100% focused on our various current and future projects in the Seychelles being available online, via telephone and in constant engagement with his dedicated Seychelles QS team. Donovan will also be travelling to Seychelles on a regular basis for direct engagements with our clients and various key project stakeholders.

Shawn has a wealth of construction management experience and long-standing client relationships in our local market and as the regional director in South Africa he is responsible for the continued servicing and growth of our local clients and projects.
Shawn specializes in turnkey developments and project management solutions and is always happy to share his experience and provide assistance and guidance on any project big or small.
