These begin in the earliest stages of the project’s conception and viability investigation, and extend through to the planning, design, implementation and post handover phases.

Due to the variability of clients’ requirements and the nature of specific projects, the particular services provided are tailored to suit the client’s specific needs.

Establish a Client Brief

Assist the Client in formulating a Design Brief. Interpret the Design Brief and ensure that the Client’s requirements are conveyed to the design team.

Feasibility Planning and Programming

Schedule the Project documentation to enable the design team to proceed with minimum wasted effort and to ensure that the programme is achieved.

Co-ordinate the Design Team

Oversee the design team in terms of achieving the construction programme and implementing Consultants’ requirements.

Co-ordinate Information Flow

Ensure that the contractors’ programme requirements and information schedules are realistic and that the Professional Team is therefore economically co-ordinated.

Co-ordinate Management, Design and Site Meetings

Chair, structure and minute all meetings. Oversee the design team in achieving construction programme and in implementing Consultants’ requirements.

Monitor the Progress

Ensure that the project runs according to programme by carrying out regular checks and address problem areas timeously in order to achieve project completion within realistic time-frames.

Control Budget by Co-ordinating with the Project Quantity Surveyor

Assist Professional Quantity Surveyor in establishing and controlling the budget.

Management Reports and Meetings

Collate monthly management reports for Client awareness and decision making.

Adjudication of Tenders

Adjudicate recommendations arising from negotiations with Contractor and tenders from various Sub-contractors.

Assist Design Teams to Expedite Quality Requirements

Co-ordinate project snag lists and direct contractors to complete same in accordance with our high standards.
